12. FEES


IMO RAPID TRANSFER charges a fee on every transaction depending on the country you are sending money from/ to. Fees relating to the transaction are clearly displayed on the transaction page before you confirm to proceed with a transaction.

IMO RAPID TRANSFER may charge an administration fee for transactions that are not successful and a refund has to be processed. This will include:

  1. Transactions where the money is received after the validity of that transaction has expired: If funds are received after the daily cut off time, IMO RAPID TRANSFER will contact you to confirm whether you will be booking a new transaction or if a refund is to be issued. If you choose to book a new transaction, the funds will be utilized in full towards the new transaction. However, if the funds are to be refunded, a processing fee of IRTLR2 will be levied. Once we receive this confirmation, the refund will be processed by us.
  2. Transactions rejected by our pay-out partners or beneficiary bank due to compliance reasons: If the transaction is rejected due to compliance reasons by our pay-out partners or by the beneficiary bank, we will process the refund of the full amount as soon as possible. Please note that this refund process can be initiated only after funds are returned to us by the pay-out partner/beneficiary bank.
  3. Cases where money has been sent to us without a the transaction being created: If funds are received in our account without a valid transaction being created on the IMO RAPID TRANSFER platform, or if funds were credited to our account by mistake and a refund is requested we will do our best to contact you and remind you to create a transaction. If you wish to get a refund, a processing fee of IRTLR2 will be applicable for such refunds.

IMO RAPID TRANSFER may change from time to time, the administrative fees it charges for refund cases and reserves the right to do so at its sole discretion.

13. TIME FRAME FOR PROCESSING REFUNDS

IMO RAPID TRANSFER will Endeavour to process your refunds in a reasonable time frame. Generally, a bank transfer takes between 1–16 working days to appear back in your Wallet. In cases where the money is held by the compliance teams of our pay-out partners or your beneficiary’s banks, we will not be able to initiate the refund until the money is returned to us by the pay-out partner or beneficiary bank. Refunds are generally processed by IMO RAPID TRANSFER at the end of the working day, however, if you need a refund to be processed urgently, please write to us at support@imorapidtransfer.com If the email is received within working hours, we will be happy to assist and process the refund for you on an urgent basis at an additional charge of IRTLR2.

13. a   MERCHANT TRANSACTIONS
When making a payment to a Merchant of IMO RAPID TRANSFER, you will be required to confirm the transaction. At this time, you may also be requested to enter your Password or PIN depending on the channel. By entering your Password or PIN to confirm the transaction you agree and confirm that you authorized the transaction. You cannot directly reverse or cancel any payment once it has been approved by you.

When making a payment on a merchant website using IMO RAPID TRANSFER, you will be required to log into your IMO RAPID TRANSFER account, before payment, can be made

As we are unable to reverse or charge-back any payments made, should you have a dispute with any Merchant, you should resolve such disputes with the Merchant directly.

Disputes between you and a Merchant will not affect our right to recover payments from you

14. General Terms

  1. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

You acknowledge and agree that IMO RAPID TRANSFER is partnering with the LPSs and other third-party partners and providers in order to deliver you the Services.

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by any user agreements established by any LPSs, third party partners, and providers that IMO RAPID TRANSFER engages with in addition to the Terms and Conditions set out in this Agreement.

By accepting and agreeing to the partner’s terms and conditions you expressly acknowledge that IMO RAPID TRANSFER is acting independently of the LPSs and that IMO RAPID TRANSFER shall have no liability for the actions or omissions of LPSs.

  1. Communications

We are required to provide certain information to you in writing. By accepting this agreement, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically either by email or by posting notices on the
